Item A1 16.09.15 512/27 | A1. Public Sector Reform The Committee considered comments received from the Chief Minister's Department concerning the Committee's draft report entitled, Pubic Sector Reform Programme.' The Committee revisited the evidence base for its report and reviewed a supplementary document entitled, Lean Benefit Tracker,' which had been supplied by the Chief Minister's Department. The Committee agreed that a series of further amendments should be made to its report to clarify the nature of its concerns regarding the programme and, in particular, the risk that vital elements of reform might be side-lined or overtaken by activity associated with the Medium Term Financial Plan. The Committee's officer was instructed to prepare and circulate a revised final draft for approval by the Committee in due course. | Officer |
