A1. Public Sector Reform

The Committee reviewed a draft report and agreed that certain amendments should be made to the same. It also agreed that a further request for information should be submitted to the Chief Minister's Department concerning –

the constitution of the relevant Ministerial Oversight / Steering Group;
the meeting dates and minutes of the Ministerial Oversight / Steering Group since formation;
the decisions to appoint external advisors, include terms of the appointments and any variations made to the same;
the extent of a programme evaluation that would have been due at the end of December 2014, and
whether external advisers to the programme had been undertaking other MTFP-related peer reviews earlier in 2015.

The Committee noted that a further draft of its report would be submitted for consideration on or before its next scheduled meeting on 14th September 2015.
