511/2/1 | 1. Domestic Property Transactions The Panel elected Deputy R.D. Johnson Chairman of the Panel. The Panel agreed its Terms of Reference and discussed its Scoping Document. The Panel made minor amendments to the Scoping Document and requested a revised copy be circulated for approval. The Panel gave an overview of what it considered to be the key objectives of the review. It was agreed a first step would be to ascertain if there was a problem with the current system of domestic property transactions and the Panel requested the officer undertake some background research. The Panel also agreed to write to stakeholders and requested a list of stakeholders be circulated to the Panel for approval together with the stakeholder letter. The Panel discussed the possibility of additional States Members joining the Panel and requested an email be sent to the Constable of St Martin and the Constable of Trinity enclosing the draft Scoping Document and Terms of Reference asking if either had any interest in joining the Panel. | JH JH |
