Jersey International Finance Centre (JIFC) The Panel met at its request with the Greffier of the States to discuss the notification received that day of the seven day extension awarded to the States of Jersey Development Company (SOJDC) by the Privileges and Procedures Committee (PPC) regarding the summons. The record of the briefing is classified as exempt in accordance with the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 (as amended). (Qualified Exemption Article 28(1)).
