Item 1 09/11/16 513/51 | 2. Draft Budget Statement 2017 The Panel reviewed submissions received from the Chamber of Commerce and Jersey Civil Service Association. The Panel also noted receipt of a submission from the Channel Island Tobacco Importers and Manufacturers Association. It was agreed to follow up with other stakeholders to enquire whether they still intended to make a submission and in particular, to see if the Jersey Hospitality Association would prefer to attend a public hearing. The Panel agreed that the main focus of its report was likely to be on the following areas:
