The Panel noted that a first draft of the report would be circulated for its consideration shortly. In relation to the confidential documents made available to the Panel to view following the outcome of the Summons process, the Panel noted that the time period in which to view the documents would expire on 17th August 2016. The Panel agreed that it currently did not envisage a further visit to view the documents being necessary. | SS |
