Jersey International Finance Centre (JIFC) The Panel received a verbal update from the Officer on the progress of the review and was given an overview of the research undertaken to date. The Panel discussed the next stage for this Review and approved the Heads of Report. A number of options for gathering final evidence were discussed and the Panel agreed to hold a separate meeting to explore these options further. The Panel further agreed that drafting on the final report should begin with the evidence received thus far. In relation to the summons issued to the States of Jersey Development Company, the Panel noted receipt of a draft decision from PPC on SOJDC's challenge to the summons. It was noted that PPC had requested comments on factual inaccuracies and typographical errors by Tuesday 12 April 2016 and the Officer was asked to prepare these and circulate to the Panel for final approval. | SS |
