The  Panel  noted  that  minutes  of  recent  meetings  had  not  been prepared due to diversion of officer time to report drafting. They would be presented after publication of the Panel's Nursery Education Fund report.

Draft questions were discussed and it was decided that the Panel would provide further questions to the officer for inclusion.

5.  P15.2016 Draft Education (Amendment No.3) (Jersey) Law 201-

The Panel's Comments to P.15/2016 had been presented to the States on 31st May 2016. It was noted that the Minister had expressed his intentions to withdraw P.15/2016 as a result.

The Panel noted the report from the advisor and decided that it was to defer discussions of the document until the following meeting.

The  Panel  noted  the  early  draft  of  the  report  and  made  some amendments. It agreed to meet separately to discuss the review.
