1. Concerto Report

The Sub-Panel received a draft report from Concerto. It was agreed that the final report would be sent to the Sub-Panel on 14th November.

The Sub-Panel thanked Concerto for its expertise.

The Sub-Panel agreed that Concerto's final report would be sent to the Minister for Health and Social Services in advance of the Public Hearing scheduled for  16th  November.  Furthermore,  it was  agreed  that the report would be published and sent to all States Members and the media.

2. Public Hearing with the Minister for Health and Social Services

The Sub-Panel prepared questions in preparation for its Public Hearing with the Minister for Health and Social Services on 16th November at 7:00pm.

 

 

3. Briefing: Cost comparisons between options D and F

The Sub-Panel met with the Minister for Health and Social Services and the Minister for Infrastructure to discuss the cost comparisons between options D and F. This briefing was held in private in accordance with the Freedom  of  Information  (Jersey)  Law  2011  (as  amended)  under Qualified Exemption Article 33.
