1. Records of Meetings

The Sub-Panel noted and approved the records of its meetings held on 23rd  and  27th  June  2016.  The  Chairman  thereby  signed  them accordingly.

2. Concerto Report

The  Sub-Panel  noted  that  the  advisor  had  requested  additional information from the Health Department in order to finalise the draft report. The Officer advised that the information had not been received to  date  but  was  due  imminently.  Once  the  information  had  been received, the advisor could commit to a timeline as to when the report would be finalised. The Sub-Panel noted that the provisional date for the Public Hearing with the Minister for Health and Social Services may be deferred due to the delay in receiving the information.

3. Future Hospital Proposition

The  Sub-Panel  noted  that  two  letters  had  been  sent  to  the  Chief Minister requesting the debate to be deferred until November 2016 in order to allow the Sub-Panel sufficient time to review the Proposition. The Sub-Panel agreed that regardless of the decision of whether to defer the debate, it would organise its review as normal.

In that regard, it was agreed that Concerto would undertake a desktop review of the site options compared with the current proposal. The Officer advised the Sub-Panel to be mindful of the budget for the review particularly  if  it  was  agreed  that  the  debate  would  take  place  in September as planned.

The  Officer  advised  that  Concerto  would  confirm  whether  it  was available to undertake a piece of work within the specified timescale in

due course.

4. Future Meetings

The Sub-Panel noted that the next scheduled meeting would take place on 8th September at 2:00pm in the Le Capelain room, States Building.
