Immigration – Transfer of Functions and Powers The Panel received a briefing from Departmental Officers on P.26/2017, Immigration (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2017: Extension to Jersey by Order in Council. Following the briefing, it was agreed to write to the Chief Minister to request that the debate of P.26/2017 be delayed to enable the Panel to conduct a review. It was agreed that, due to the ongoing review of Electoral Reform 2017 and the workload of other Panel members, Deputy S.M. Brée would lead the review. |
