1.  Future Hospital Funding Strategy

The Panel welcomed the Minister for Health and Social Services, the Minister for Infrastructure and their Officers and advisor to a Public Hearing on the Future Hospital Funding Strategy. The hearing was recorded and transcribed.

Following the Hearing, the Panel discussed its question plan for a further Public Hearing on the same matter with the Minister for Treasury and Resources on 20th March.

2.  Draft Employment of States of Jersey Employees (Amendment No.8) (Jersey) Regulations

The Panel noted receipt of a draft Comments Paper summarising the work completed in respect of P.11/2017, Draft Employment of States of Jersey  Employees  (Amendment  No.8)  (Jersey)  Regulations.  The Comments Paper was approved, subject to final confirmation being received from Deputy S.M. Brée and Deputy K.C. Lewis prior to Tuesday 21st March.
