1.  Migration Policy

The Panel received a briefing on the Council of Ministers' Migration Policy from the Assistant Chief Minister and Director of Corporate Policy.

The Assistant Chief Minister outlined the detail of the draft Migration policy and answered questions raised by the Panel.

The  Panel  then  discussed  with  the  Assistant  Chief  Minister  an appropriate lodging date to allow sufficient time for scrutiny of the policy.

 

 

2.  Revised Legal Aid Scheme

The Panel received a private briefing from Officers on proposals for a revised Legal Aid scheme.

3.  Budget 2018 - Phase 1

The Panel approved a draft report to publish alongside the work of its advisor, MJO Consulting, in relation to the Income Forecasting Model.
