Having considered the initial feedback from the advisors, the Panel discussed the progress of the review and highlighted particular areas to look at in more detail. The Panel asked to be provided with a marked up version of the relevant law incorporating the recently lodged draft Regulations. The Panel also asked the Officer to request an indicative timetable from the Chief Minister's Department for the future work to be carried out in relation to bodies connected to the States and Judicial Appointments.
