1.  Records of Meetings

The records of the meetings held on 28th April, 3rd, 4th, 8th, 15th, 18th, 22nd and 25th May were approved and signed.

2.  Brexit Review Panel

The Chairman updated the Panel on progress in forming the Brexit Review Panel. It was noted that the Panel would be represented on the Review Panel by the Chairman. Deputy S.M. Bree would also be a member of the Review Panel through his position as Chairman of the Economic Affairs Scrutiny Panel.

3.  Public Hearings

Noting that its next quarterly public hearing with the Chief Minister was scheduled for 15th September 2017, the Panel agreed to provide the opportunity for members of the public to propose questions to be put to the Chief Minister.

4.  Quarterly Public Hearing

The Panel welcomed the Minister for Treasury and Resources, Assistant Minister, the Treasurer of the States and officers to a quarterly public hearing. The hearing was recorded and transcribed.
