513/53 | 1. Review of Electoral Reform 2017 The Panel agreed to the terms of reference and scoping documents for the review. The Officer informed the Panel of the options for polling companies available to conduct a survey in the time allowed. It was agreed to appoint Ipsos MORI to conduct the survey. The Officer was requested to confirm the company's availability. The Officer was requested to draft initial polling questions and to then send these to the Panel for discussion. The Panel discussed holding public meetings and agreed that in the time allowed, it would hold one meeting in each of the proposed super- constituencies, rather than in each parish. The Officer was requested to contact the relevant Parish Hall s and to make provisional bookings for the dates and times agreed. The Panel requested that the Officer arrange for the appropriate sound recording and microphone equipment to be installed at each of the venues on the evenings in question.
