| 2. Public Hearings The Panel reviewed all written submissions received to date and records of private hearings held. The Panel agreed a list of stakeholders to invite to public hearings to be held on 3rd October. It was agreed that the hearings would be grouped as follows: members of the public; estate agents; conveyancers; and mortgage providers.
