| 1. Youth Enquiry Service (YES Project): Site Visit The Panel received a tour of the YES project and the facilities it provided at St James Centre. The Panel received a PowerPoint presentation from the Senior Youth Worker which outlined services provided by the YES Project. It was noted that the Project offered confidential advice and information to young people as well as counselling services. It was noted that the main aims of the YES Project were:
