Item 2 06.12.17 515/35 | 1. Licensing Law Members considered a draft report on the Panel's Amendment to the draft Law. A number of amendments were discussed and it was agreed that a revised draft would be circulated by email for final approval by the following day, to allow time for the completed Amendment to be lodged by Tuesday 16th January. It was noted that the last communication with the department before the New Year break indicated that department officers had recommended a deferral to the debate until 20th February 2018, but as there had been no further contact since then to confirm whether this had been accepted it was assumed that the debate would go ahead on 30th January. | MO MO |
