Draft Machinery of Government (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Jersey) Law It was noted that the Draft Machinery of Government (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Jersey) Law had been referred to scrutiny by the States Assembly the previous day. It was further noted that the Panel's proposal that it report back to the Assembly by 10th April 2018 had not been agreed and the Assembly had instead agreed a date of 20th March 2018. |

Evidence gathering Noting the provisions of the Draft Law relating to Independent States Bodies, it was agreed to write to the following entities to invite submissions on the draft law: • Jersey Overseas Aid Commission • States of Jersey Development Company Limited • Andium Homes Limited • Ports of Jersey Limited • Jersey Post International limited • JT Group Limited • Digital Jersey • Visit Jersey Limited • Jersey Heritage Trust • Jersey Sport It was also agreed to write to States Members to provide them with an opportunity to submit comments to the Panel. |
