I am currently at the end of the marriage process and totally support the streamlining of this - it seems very archaic.
I also totally support same sex marriage and open air ceremonies.
Open air ceremonies and same sex marriages would be good for the island's hospitality and we have some fantastic venues - provided there were steps in place for leaving the open air spot clean and tidy afterwards.
Tourism could really market this.
