We appear to be blindly following the NHS even though that system is not working in the UK. More and more managers, not enough staff is the problem. We need a hospital run by medical professionals, they will determine what hospital we need and it's certainly not a carbuncle on the top of Westmount.
Now it appears we are being threatened that the cost will increase unless we push it forward, now where have I heard that before!!
Stop it now please, stop building finance offices, as many people will be working from home, and build the hospital on the waterfront. Oh yes, wasn't that the original recommendation by consultants we paid for their opinions.
