Hi, it is most distressing to learn that the Quennevais branch will be closing in December. I have been a customer for over 50 years and feel very much let down. It was most convenient for me to take the car from St Mary where I live to be able to park outside the bank. To have to go to town on the bus just to get cash in various denominations is going to be most inconvenient. The clubs I go to only accept cash. Also I do not have online banking and much prefer to speak to a cashier in person if I need to do a transfer etc. My friend who has dementia and has difficulty in walking is most upset as she is not fit enough to travel to town. She pays everything in cash and pops into the bank almost every week. It is also so handy for people who are disabled. There are always people in the Bank when I call and I can't understand why it needs to be closed. At times it can be very busy and is an extremely popular Bank. This news is so depressing!
