Terms of reference
Terms of reference 1. To review the policies to safeguard and enhance the environment which was approved by the States on 25th and 26th July 2002 and subsequent related work undertaken to implement the policy. 2. To consider submissions to the Fundamental Spending Review in support of the scheme. 3. To make recommendations to the appropriate Committees. 4. To assess the consequences of non-implementation or partial implementation for the Island as a whole and the countryside in particular.
