Terms of reference
- To examine the Annual Business Plans of the Treasury and Resources Department and Chief Minister’s Department.
- To consider the consequences of any changes to the cash allocation to the departments concerned.
- To consider the robustness of the decision making process which has resulted in, or been driven by the changes.
- To examine any further issues relating to the topic that may arise in the course of the Scrutiny review that the Panel considers relevant.
