- To establish whether the proposed Depositor Compensation Scheme is appropriate for Jersey and constitutes the best method of achieving the objectives of the scheme.
- To include examination of the following:
- Principles;
- Structure;
- Development;
- Coverage;
- Liability and risk;
- Funding; and
- How the proposals compare with similar measures in other jurisdictions.
- To examine any further issues relating to the topic that may arise in the course of the Scrutiny Review and which the Panel considers relevant.
