The States Financial Report and Accounts 2009.
Terms of reference
- To review the States of Jersey Financial Report and Accounts 2009.
- In accordance with paragraph 132(1)(a)(i) of the Standing Orders of the States of Jersey, to receive a report from the Comptroller and Auditor General on the results of the audit of the Annual Financial Statement of the States, and to report to the States upon any significant issues arising.
- To ensure that the issues identified in the Public Accounts Committee’s Review of the 2008 States Accounts have been addressed.
- To examine any further issues relating to the Financial Report and Accounts 2009 which the Committee considers relevant.
