a. Whether the Law is fit for purpose
b. Whether it will achieve the desired outcomes
2. To consider the proposals contained within the Draft Regulation of Care (Jersey) Law 201- and the potential implications for private and states run businesses and others involved in the delivery of care
3. To consider how the proposals contained within the Draft Regulation of Care (Jersey) Law 201- compare with other jurisdictions
