Question
Will the Minster advise the total number of Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy staff who left Health and Community Service (H.C.S.) between 1st December 2020 and the end of November 2021 and provide a breakdown of the following –
- the number transferring to other areas in H.C.S.;
- the number on short-term contracts who left before the end of their contract;
- the number in Occupational Therapy who resigned;
- the number in Physiotherapy who resigned;
- the number of administrative staff in Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy who resigned;
- the number who retired from these areas; and
- the number of staff who left for any other reason, with details of such reason?
Answer
Data is for the period 1st December 2020 to end of November 2021.
- 2 Physiotherapists moved internally within the Physiotherapy service
3 Occupational therapists moved internally within the Occupational Therapy Service 2 Occupational Therapy assistants moved to other clinical areas within HCS
- 1 locum Physiotherapist – released from contract due to performance concerns
- 1 Occupational Therapist resigned – returned to the UK to be with family due to the pandemic 1 Team Lead left to work in private practice in Jersey
