Will the Assistant Chief Minister indicate the total expenditure on Information Technology improvement programmes and projects this year to date?

Answer

The total expenditure relating to Information Technology improvement programmes and projects, that fall within the Assistant Chief Minister’s portfolio for Office Modernisation and Digital, is £37,805,524. This figure is for the period 1 January 2022 to 30 November 2022 only.

Information Technology expenditure takes place across all departments of the Government of Jersey, for which there is no central record, and as such this figure is not representative of the entirety of government spend on Information Technology improvement programmes and projects.
