“Will the Minister state the total number of new psychoactive substances that have been added to the Misuse of Drugs (Jersey) Law 1978 since 2016?”

Answer

Generic definitions have been added to the legislation which control a broad range of substances. Therefore, the exact number of new psychoactive substance that have been controlled under the Misuse of Drugs (Jersey) Law 1978 cannot be determined.

The psychoactive substances that have been controlled under the Misuse of Drugs (Jersey) Law 1978 since 2016 are:
