(i)  The Minister for Planning and Environment will attend at 2.30 p.m. in connexion with item No. A3.

A1.  To receive apologies for absence.

A2.  To approve the Minutes of the meetings of 4th February (Part A only) and  6th

February 2014 (Part A and Part B).

A3.  To discuss correspondence received from the Vice Chairman of the States of Jersey

Complaints Board with the Minister for Planning and.

A4.  To consider the recommendation of the Machinery of Government Sub-Committee

regarding the appointment of an Ombudsman.

A5.  To agree to conduct a review of the Referendum (Jersey) Law 2002 following the

adoption by the States of P.153/2013 "Referenda: revised procedures".

A6.  To receive the States Assembly financial report for the year end 2013.

A7.  To agree to present the Code of Practice on Public Access to Official Information Annual

Report for 2013 to the States.

A8.  To decide whether an additional States sitting should be scheduled for July 2014.

A9.  To receive correspondence from the Connétable of St. Peter regarding the scrutiny of

back-benchers' propositions.

A10.  To discuss procedures for the induction of newly appointed members of the States.

A11. To note that the Committee's next meeting will be held on Thursday 10th April 2014

at 2.30 p.m. in the Blampied Room, States Building.

A12. To consider a proposal from Deputy J.H. Young that the Committee visits Cornwall

County Council to discuss recent changes to their governance system in the context of proposed amendments to Jersey's machinery of government.
