- 10.15 am – To receive a presentation from Mr. B. Coutanche, Director, Teleologica in connexion with the administration of public elections/electronic counting/postal voting.
- 11.00 am – To receive a report from the Head of Digital and Public Engagement in connexion with the approach to consultation in respect of the E-Petitions process and a topic research report from the Members' Resources team, States Greffe.
- To consider draft amendments to Standing Orders in connexion with the process for challenging a response to a Written Question.
- To consider proposed revisions to the Code of Conduct, to include a policy on risk- based exclusion.
- To receive a report and update from the Deputy Greffier in connexion with recent appointments to the Referendums Commission.
- To consider a report (and draft proposition) prepared by the Deputy Greffier of the States on remote participation and amendments to Standing Order 55A.
- To consider forthcoming business for debate by the States Assembly and to decide whether the Committee wishes to comment on, or lodge an Amendment to, any of the Propositions.
