REPORT
After P.50/2006 on the proposed membership of the Executive Committee of the Assemblée Parlementaire de la Francophonie was lodged au Greffe' on 3rd May 2006, the Connétable of St. Helier expressed an interest in joining the Committee and I am therefore pleased to put forward this amendment to add his name to those already proposed. As mentioned in P.50/2006 there is no pre-determined number of members that form the constitution of the Committee. The Connétable will, I am sure, be a very valuable addition to the Executive Committee as he has throughout his time in the States been interested in Jersey's links with France.
There are no financial or manpower implications for the States arising from this amendment.
