This amendment reflects the specific negotiations which have taken place between the Connétable and Deputy of St.  Mary and the Assistant Minister for Planning and Environment.

The Parish require 15 first-time buyer, 4 lifelong dwellings for the over-55s and 14  lifelong dwellings for social rent. These figures (as maximum values) were agreed at the Parish Assembly held on April 10th 2007.

There are no additional financial or manpower implications for the States arising from this amendment.
