NEW NORTH QUAY N18A, VICTORIA PIER V12S, VICTORIA PIER V12U – LEASE;

THE ACORN ENTERPRISE SITE' AT HOWARD DAVIS FARM, TRINITY – PROPOSED 25 YEAR LEASE TO THE JERSEY EMPLOYMENT TRUST;

SITE AT HOWARD DAVIS FARM, TRINITY – PROPOSED 25 YEAR LEASE TO THE JERSEY SOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS;

REPORT

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

  1. Land transaction –
  1. New  North  Quay  (Office)  N18A   Assignment  and  Extension  to Lease.
  2. Victoria Pier (Unit on 1st Floor Brick Warehouse) V12S – Lease.
  3. Victoria Pier (Unit on 1st Floor Brick Warehouse) V12U – Lease.
  4. To confirm the above decision after  giving the States 15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

  1. To approve a 25 year lease to the Jersey Employment Trust of the Acorn Enterprises Site, Howard Davis Farm, Trinity , with each party to meet its own costs in connection with passing contract.
  2. To confirm the above decision after giving the States 15 working days notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
