REPORT
Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –
- Land transaction –
- E09 Elizabeth Terminal (Office) – lease to Jersey Input Direct Ltd. for a term of one year and 2 months with effect from 1st February 2010.
- E25A Elizabeth Harbour (Warehouse) and E25C Elizabeth Harbour (External Area) – lease to DSV Transport Ltd for a term of 3 years (subject to 6 month termination should it be required for harbour development) with effect from 1st October 2009.
- A25 Albert Pier (Office) – lease to Tantivy Blue Coach Tours for a term of 2 years and 10 months (subject to 6 month termination should it be required for harbour development) with effect from 1st March 2010.
- V32B Victoria Pier – lease to Mr. G. Mourant for a term of 4 years (subject to 6 month termination after the third year should it be required for harbour development) with effect from 1st April.
The Minister hereby authorises the Director of Property Holdings to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.
After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

For the Public of the Island of Jersey to lease a site at South Hill to Jersey Electricity Plc. The lease shall be for a period of 85 years from the date the contract is passed before the Royal Court, or such other date agreed between the parties.
The Minister hereby authorises the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.
After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
