  1. HUE STREET CAR PARKS SITE, ST. HELIER – PROPOSED SALE.

REPORT

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

  1. Land transaction –
  1. To acquire, on behalf of the Public, approximately 202 square feet of land  forming  a  pedestrian  footpath  on  La  Marquanderie  Hill,  the acquisition being at nil cost, but subject to payment of the owner's legal fees being met by the Public.
  2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

The Minister hereby authorises the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

To enter into a reciprocal land transaction with the owners of the property  known  as  St. Agatha,  Archirondel,   St. Martin  to acquire retrospective drainage rights across their property and to convey an area of Public land adjoining their garden, with each party to meet its own costs in connection with passing contract.
  2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

The Minister hereby authorises the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

  2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

The Minister hereby authorises the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
