2 REPORT
Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –
(a) Land transaction –
The Minister decided, as recommended by Jersey Property Holdings, to notify the States of his intention to –
- accept the recommendation of the Minister for Economic Development and approve –
- Victoria Pier (Store) V55 – Lease out for a term of one year, 10 months with effect from 1st December 2011;
- Victoria Pier (Vivier) V13A – Lease out for a term of 3 years with effect from 1st January 2012;
- Victoria Pier (Ground site and Al Fresco Area) V24 – Lease out for a term of 3 years with effect from 1st January 2012;
- Albert Pier (Stores) A17A and A17B – Lease out for a term of 3 years with effect from 1st January 2012; and
- confirm the above decision after giving the States 15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.
The Minister hereby authorises the Director of Property Holdings to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.
After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

(b) Land transaction –
To notify the States of his intention to accept the recommendation of the Minister for Housing –
- to proceed with the sale of 2 Hungerford Villas, Vauxhall Street, St. Helier for the sum of £350,000;
- that capital receipts from the sale of this property to be credited to the Housing Department's Capital Works Programme, rather than the Consolidated Fund, under Article 15(3) of the Public Finances

(Jersey) Law 2005 and Financial Direction 6.6, in accordance with MD-TR-2010-0148;
- to rescind MD-PH-2011-0046, as the transaction did not complete before the Royal Court;
- to confirm the above decision after giving the States 15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.
The Minister hereby authorises the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.
After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
