Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

  1. Land transaction –
  1. The assignment of the lease for E25b, E27 and E27a from Condor Logistics (Jersey) Limited to Ferryspeed (C.I.) Limited;
  2. a variation of clause 7.30 of the Commodore Properties Limited lease for E34 (and E34c) in order to permit;
  3. the assignment of the lease for of E34 (and E34c) from Commodore Properties Limited to Ferryspeed (C.I.) Limited; and
  4. the inclusion of a termination clause.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

  1. A32 Albert Pier, St. Helier – lease out for a term of 3 years with effect from 1st January 2013.
  2. A33/A33A, St. Helier – lease out for a term of 3 years with effect from 1st January 2013.
  3. V12Q, St. Helier – lease out for a term of 3 years with effect from 1st July 2012.
  4. LC24, St. Helier – lease out for a term of 3 years and one month with effect from 1st December 2011.

The Minister hereby authorises the Director of Property Holdings to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
