REPORT
Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –
- Land transaction –
- To approve the grant of a 9 year lease to the Public of 16 Britannia Place, St. Helier
- To confirm the above decision after giving the States 15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.
After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

- Land transaction –
- To proceed with the sale of 2 Hungerford Villas, Vauxhall Street, St. Helier for the sum of £350,000.
- That capital receipts from the sale of this property are to be credited to the Housing Department's Capital Works Programme, rather than the Consolidated Fund, under Article 15(3) of the Public Finances (Jersey) Law 2005 and Financial Direction 6.6, in accordance with MD-TR-2010-0148.
- To rescind MD-PH-2012-0009 and MD-PH-2012-0018 as the transaction did not complete before the Royal Court.
- To confirm the above decision after giving the States 15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.
The Minister hereby authorises the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.
After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
