REPORT

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

1. Land transaction –

1. To approve the leasing-out of Fields 445, 447 and 448, La Route de St. Catherine,   St. Martin  for  a  period  of  3 years,  with  effect  from 1st January 2014.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

2. Land transaction –

1. To accept the recommendation of the Minister for Housing and to notify the States of his intention to –

1. proceed with the sale of 54 Oak Tree Gardens, St. Helier , with a first-time buyer value of £350,000 to the purchasers set out in the report attached to the Ministerial Decision for the sum of £262,500 in accordance with HD22 Valuation Policy for Sales;
2. confirm that the capital receipts from the sale of this property will be credited to the Housing Department's Capital Works Programme, rather than the Consolidated Fund, in accordance with P.6/2007 – Social Housing Property Plan 2007–2016.

2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

3. Land transaction –

1. To accept the recommendation of the Minister for Housing and to notify the States of his intention to –

1. proceed with the sale of 78 Oak Tree Gardens, St. Helier , with a first-time buyer value of £405,000 to the purchasers set out in the attached report for the sum of £303,750 in accordance with HD22 Valuation Policy for Sales;
2. confirm that the capital receipts from the sale of this property to be credited to the Housing Department's Capital Works Programme, rather than the Consolidated Fund, in accordance with P.6/2007 – Social Housing Property Plan 2007–2016.

2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
