1. MONT MADO SHED SITE, LA RUE DE LA MARE DES PRES, ST. JOHN – PROPOSED SALE;
2. LEASE OF FORMER HARBOUR OFFICE, LIBERTY WHARF, ST. HELIER;
3. RONEZ QUARRY, LA ROUTE DU NORD, ST. JOHN – GRANT OF LEASE AND RIGHT OF EXTRACTION;
4. LES CINQ CHÊNES ESTATE, PRINCE'S TOWER ROAD, ST. SAVIOUR – BOUNDARY WITH THE PROPERTIES KNOWN AS "PURA VIDA" AND "MYONA";
5. CLOS DE RONCIER, LA RUE AU BLANCQ, ST. CLEMENT – BOUNDARY WITH FIELDS 167 AND 170;
6. JEC SECTION PILLAR No. 1047, HAMPSHIRE GARDENS, POONAH ROAD, ST. HELIER – LEASE;

REPORT

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

1. Land transaction –

1. To sell the Mont Mado Shed Site, La Rue de La Mare des Pres, St. John , to the highest bidder arising from bids received from an informal tendering marketing process, with each party to meet their own costs in connection with passing contract before Royal Court.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

2. Land transaction –

1. To lease, on behalf of the Public, the former Harbour Office, Liberty Wharf, St. Helier , on a 21 year lease from Liberty Wharf 2 Limited, for  the  provision  of  a  youth  café  to be  run  by  the  Jersey  Youth Service.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

3. Land transaction –

1. To agree Heads of Terms with Ronez Ltd. to grant a lease and a right of mineral extraction on Public land and arrange for the contract to be passed.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

4. Land transaction –

1. To approve the proposal of the exchange of land between the parties to facilitate the establishment of the new boundary, subject to the Public meeting all the reasonable legal costs.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

5. Land transaction –

1. To approve the proposal of the exchange of land between the parties to facilitate the establishment of the new boundary, subject to the Public meeting all the reasonable legal costs.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

6. Land transaction –

1. To approve the granting of a 99 year lease and wayleave to the Jersey Electricity Plc., for an area of land at Hampshire Gardens.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

7. Land transaction –

1. To re-let St. Aubin's Café; Driftwood Café, Archirondel; First Tower Café; Gunsite Café, Beaumont and Old Station Café, near Millbrook, to the respective sitting tenants, at the agreed commencing rentals, the leases being for terms of 9 years, and with the parties to meet their own costs in finalising the new leases.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.
