REPORT

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

  1. Land transaction –
  1. To lease  an  area  of  land  of  approximately  9 square metres  at Field 1391, Trinity , for the purpose of providing a new bus shelter on La Grande Route de St. Jean, St. Helier , the lease being for a term of 25 years, at a nominal rental, and with the Public to meet the lessor's costs and all costs associated with the provision of the bus shelter.
  2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

  1. To approve the leasing in of 5 Beachside for a period of 1 year, with effect from 1st February 2013
  2. To approve the leasing in of 6 Beachside for a period of 6 months, with effect from 9th December 2012.
  3. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

  1. To accept  the  recommendation  of  the  Minister  for  Economic Development and to notify the States of his intention to approve the following: B004H, Alares House Jersey Airport – lease out for a term of 4 years and 9 months with effect from 1st April 2011.
  2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

The Minister hereby authorises the Director of Property Holdings to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
