TIMARU, DEVONSHIRE LANE, ST. HELIER – SALE OF SHARE;

LA PALLOTERIE, LES MARAIS AVENUE, LA ROUTE DE LA HAULE, ST. LAWRENCE – SALE ASSISTED HOUSE PURCHASE;

REPORT

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

  1. Land transaction –
  1. To approve the sale of the Public's one-third undivided share in the property "Timaru", Devonshire Lane, St. Helier .
  2. To confirm the above decision after giving the States 15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

  1. Land transaction –
  1. To approve the sale of La Palloterie, Les Marais Avenue, La Route de la Haule, St. Lawrence . The amount of the outstanding balance of the existing States loan at the date the contract is passed before the Royal Court will be repaid out of the proceeds of sale.
  2. To confirm the above decision after giving the States 15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
