REPORT

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

1. Land transaction –

1. To accept  the  recommendation  of  the  Minister  for  Economic Development and to notify the States of his intention to approve the following –

A29 Albert Pier – lease out for a term of 3 years with effect from 1st January 2014.

2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

2. Land transaction –

1. To approve the sale, cession and transfer of La Maison du Coin, 13 Rue de la Forge, Grouville . The consideration will be the amount of the outstanding balance of the existing States loan at the date the contract is passed before the Royal Court.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

3. Land transaction –

1. To approve  the  leasing-out  of  La  Grande  Maison  Shed, St. Catherine's, St. Martin for a term of 8 years and 7 months with effect from 1st June 2014.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

4. Land transaction –

1. To accept the recommendation of the Minister for Housing and to notify the States of his intention to –

1. proceed with the sale of 6 Le Bel Gaudin, St. Saviour with a first-time buyer value of £310,000, to the agreed purchasers, in accordance with HD22 Valuation Policy for Sales;
2. confirm that the capital receipts from the sale of this property are to be credited to the Housing Department's Capital Works Programme, rather than the Consolidated Fund, in accordance with P.6/2007 – Social Housing Property Plan 2007–2016.

2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
