LAND TRANSACTIONS UNDER STANDING ORDER 168(3) –

1. LES BOURGEONS FARM AND FIELDS 656 AND 656A, LES PETITES RUES, ST. LAWRENCE – LEASE;
2. 1ST FLOOR TRINITY HOUSE, 30–34 BATH STREET, ST. HELIER – RENEWAL OF LEASE;
3. F.B. COTTAGE, LA GRANDE ROUTE DE ST. CLEMENT – INTERNAL AGREEMENT.

REPORT

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

1. Land transaction –

1. To authorise  Jersey  Property  Holdings,  on  behalf  of  the  Public (Health and Social Services Department) to enter into a one year lease for Les Bourgeons Farm and Fields 656 and 656A, Les Petite Rues, St. Lawrence with effect from 1st January 2015.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

2. Land transaction –

1. To renew the lease of the 1st Floor of Trinity House for a further 2 year period commencing 11th August 2014. All terms, save for rent, grant of rent-free period, length of lease and the name of the Lessee (to be renewed in the name of "The Public of the Island of Jersey") to remain the same.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

3. Land transaction –

1. To approve  the  leasing-out  of  F.B. Cottage,  La  Grande  Route  de St. Clement for a term of 9 years with effect from 1st August 2014 to the Health and Social Services Department, or other date agreed with them.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
