REPORT
Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –
Land transaction –
- To rescind previous decisions MD-PH-2014-0184 (6th October 2014) and MD-PH-2014-0196 (3rd November 2014), which decisions approved the sale of 24 St. Mark's Road to the preferred purchaser following marketing of the property in August 2014, but subject to subsequent withdrawal by the purchaser.
- To sell 24 St. Mark's Road to a new preferred purchaser following an offer recently received in connection with the re-marketing of the site, with each party to meet their own costs in passing contract.
After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
