REPORT
Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –
- Land transaction –
- To ratify the decision made on 10th September 1992 to grant a lease of the site – A34 Albert Pier, St. Helier ( St. Helier R.N.L.I. Lifeboat Station) to the Royal National Lifeboat Institution for 21 years from 1st September 1992 with an option to renew for a further 21 years.
- To grant a lease of the site to the Royal National Lifeboat Institution for a period of 21 years from 1st September 2013 at a peppercorn rent (£1 per annum).
- To confirm the above decision after giving the States 15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.
After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
