LAND TRANSACTIONS UNDER STANDING ORDER 168(3) –

1. 14/16 BURRARD STREET, GROUND FLOOR PREMISES – NEW LEASE;
2. ALZOLA, 2 BELLE VUE VILLAS, UPPER KING'S CLIFF, LA POUQUELAYE, ST. HELIER – PROPOSED SALE;
3. LES CREUX COUNTRY PARK, LA MOYE, ST. BRELADE – SUB- LEASE OF GROUND SITE TO "THE SCOUTS' ASSOCIATION JERSEY".

REPORT

Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Treasury and Resources hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –

1. Land transaction –

1. To grant a new lease of the Ground Floor premises of 14/16 Burrard Street, St. Helier , for a period of 3 years, to a new tenant.
2. To rescind Ministerial Decision reference MD-PH-2015-0025.
3. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

2. Land transaction –

1. To sell the property known as Alzola, 2 Belle Vue Villas, Upper King's Cliff, La Pouquelaye, St. Helier , to the preferred purchaser, following the offer recently received in connection with the marketing of the property, with each party to meet their own costs in passing contract.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

3. Land transaction –

1. To confirm the in-principle terms previously approved for a sub-lease of  a  ground  site  at  Les  Creux  Country  Park  to "The  Scouts' Association Jersey", to include 2 minor revisions relating to the lease term and the 2015 rental.
2. To confirm  the above  decision after  giving  the  States  15 working days' notice of the transaction, and to cause the transaction to be completed.

After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
